Dr Matcha Studio Limited (United Kingdom) and Dr Matcha Studio (collectively, "Dr Matcha Studio," "we," "us," or "our") own and operate this website and its related pages (the "Site"). Dr Matcha Studio was founded by Mengjie Fan.

Unless otherwise stated, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Site and its content are owned by Dr Matcha Studio Limited or its licensors.

Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Site, including any pages, features, content, downloads, and communications made available through it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• You may not register domains, social handles, or marks that are confusingly similar.
• You may not use our brand assets in a way that implies endorsement or partnership.

Copyright complaints

If you believe your work has been used on the Site in a way that constitutes infringement, send a notice to legal@drmatchastudio.com with sufficient detail to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material.

We may remove or disable access to the material and will respond as required by applicable law.

Permitted linking and references

You may link to the Site provided the link does not misrepresent our relationship, imply endorsement, or frame or mirror our content without permission.

We may revoke linking permission at any time.

Prohibited conduct

We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential and may already be developing similar concepts.

No confidential or advisory relationship

Use of the Site does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. Do not send sensitive or confidential information through the Site unless we have explicitly agreed in writing.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dr Matcha Studio regarding the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
