Uses the columns, model and response window selected in Single file. Each file is fitted separately. A detected transition is matched by its order and driver direction; a manual window uses the same elapsed-record interval.
Fitted curves align at treatment onset. Parameter times are minutes.
For a manual window with no detected step, enter the known treatment onset and choose Increase or Decrease in Single file.
A deficit and conductance reference differences describe the response. They do not isolate stomatal limitation or measure water loss.
